ACODA provides market data and analytical information. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not recommend any transaction.

No guarantee

Market data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently evaluating information and for every decision or automated action made using the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, evade access controls or payment requirements, or use ACODA in violation of applicable law.

API and payments

Endpoint availability, scope, and prices may change. Blockchain payments may be irreversible. A successful payment grants access only to the response described by the applicable request.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACODA is provided “as is” without warranties, and ACODA is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, or losses caused by unavailable or inaccurate data.
